I don't do dogs, but I can refer you...Because I only do cats, and own cats myself, I won't have any smells of a dog on me from previous visits. Cats are happier in their own environment and do quite well with one or two visits a day. Most dogs must be walked, and let out several times in a 24 hr. period. Other dogs enjoy accompanying their owners on road trips. Iā€™m focusing my services on cats, so I can offer your kitties the utmost care and attention they deserve. I am happy to provide referrals for anyone who needs the services of a pet sitter and/or doggie daycare, who can accommodate you.

Rates

(Covers care for cat & home)

$20-25 per visit~ (No charge additional cats; negotiable for unusual #cats)
$20 Pet Supply P/U & Delivery- plus cost of supplies (based on location /route)
$5 per day extra charge for Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day (not per visit)

Cat Health Consults: (initial exploration meeting is complimentary-30 mins)

$50-30 mins $65-45 mins $80-60 mins

My cat sitting began in 2009 in KY, continuing after our returning to our home in SC. I've worked in many different fields over the years, including as a Realtor. I homeschooled my children for 18 yrs & served in my homeschool community. I have 3 "cat children" that are treated as special as every member of my family. I have a passion for taking care of your precious kitties when you're away. I needed someone to care for my cats when I looked at pet boarding facilities. Cats are not "treated equally" in these places. Their space is so cramped along w/ other things. I was blessed to find a professional to come into our home & meet my expectations.
In August 2008, we lost Cassie (indoor) who was 7 yrs. old, unexpectedly. A few months before her annual checkup she was healthy, but we returned from a short trip, & Cassie was a very sick kitty. I rushed her to the ER Vet thinking she had just not eaten & was going to be ok. The vet gave us bad news & possible causes that left a very uncertain outcome, if treated. We faced the only choice of letting her go to sleep & stop suffering, the hardest decision. We went home without Cassie, & I'm still taking 1 day at a time to heal from her loss. She was a very special kitty to us & will never be forgotten. It goes without saying that I never leave my kitties alone for days, or with just food & water. I have a cat sitter come & take care of them for me each day. It gives me peace of mind knowing I don't have to worry.
